If something broke
The more of this you include, the faster it gets fixed:
- Which game, and roughly when it happened.
- Your room code, if you had one.
- The phone or computer and the browser you were using.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
Party Pass and billing
You can cancel or change your plan yourself from the Manage subscription link on the Party Pass page. For anything else about a payment, email us with the address you signed in with.
Deleting your account
Email us from the address you signed in with and ask. We delete the account and everything stored against it. Guest accounts delete themselves after 24 hours. The privacy policy says what is stored in the first place.
