Get Join Me Games as an app

Join Me Games is a web app: the whole site is built to be installed straight from the browser. Once it is on your home screen it opens full screen with its own icon, remembers you once you sign in there, and works the same as the site, because it is the site. Nothing is downloaded from a store, updates arrive on their own, and it takes no room to speak of.

Nobody in your group has to install it. Friends can keep joining from a link or a QR code in their browser, and the app and the browser play in the same rooms together.

1. Open joinme.games in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow in the toolbar.
3. Scroll the list and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

The icon appears on your home screen. Open it from there from now on.

2. Tap the Share button, the square with an arrow at the right of the address bar.
3. Scroll the list and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

2. If a bar offers to Install Join Me Games, tap it. Otherwise tap the ⋮ menu in the top right and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
3. Confirm with Install.

Samsung Internet and Edge have the same option in their menus.

1. Open joinme.games in Chrome or Edge.
2. Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, a small monitor with a down arrow, or open the browser menu and choose Install Join Me Games.

Handy for a laptop plugged into a TV: install it, open the TV page, and it runs full screen with no browser around it.

We may list the site in the app stores later. If we do, the store versions will be listed here, and the browser install above stays for everyone who prefers it. If you want to hear when they land, say so.

Installed or not, the games are the same. Open the games, press Play, and share the code.
