About Join Me Games
Games a room full of friends can play together, each on their own phone.
The idea
Everyone at the table already has a screen in their pocket. Join Me Games turns those into one game: the host starts a round, and every phone in the group plays it at the same time. There is nothing to install and no console to gather around. Open the site, share a short code, and play. If there is a TV in the room, it can show the game on the big screen.
The games are built for that moment. They are quick to explain, quick to start, and they show you how your friends are doing while you play. Every one of them also plays with friends from different homes, or solo with bots for when nobody else is around.
Who makes it
Join Me Games is an independent site by Be Apped, and has been since 2024. Be Apped is small, which is why new games arrive marked Beta and why a note about a bug usually gets a reply from someone who can fix it. Say hello on the contact page.
How it works
Every game runs in the browser. When a group plays, the phones talk to each other directly (through a relay when a network demands it) rather than through a game server, so a round starts as soon as everyone is in, and the game itself is not kept on our servers, apart from drawings a room votes up and the stars you give a game. The site can be added to a phone’s home screen and behaves like an app from there.
How it pays for itself
Playing is free, supported by ads. A Party Pass removes them for you and everyone you host, and reserves a custom room code that is yours alone. See the Party Pass page for what it costs.
