About Pill Panic
Pill Panic is a fast pill-dropping puzzle game you play against your friends, each on your own phone. Every player gets a bottle full of coloured viruses. Two-tone capsules fall from the top, and you steer and spin them into place.
Line up four of one colour, across or down, and they vanish. Viruses count. Clear two or more lines with one drop and junk lands in everyone else’s bottle, so a good combo is also an attack.
The first player to empty their bottle of viruses wins. Fill your own bottle to the top and you are out, and the last bottle still standing wins that way too. Play solo against the clock, add bots to the group, or race a whole room of friends.
How to play
- Line up four of a colour, across or down, to clear them. Viruses count.
- Clear every virus in your bottle to win. Loose halves fall and can chain.
- Clear two or more lines in one drop to send junk into everyone else’s bottle.
- If a capsule cannot fit, your bottle is full. Last one standing also wins.
Controls
- Touch the piece and drag to slide it.
- Tap to the left or right of the piece to spin it that way.
- Swipe down to drop it straight in.
- On-screen buttons do the same if you prefer them.
- Keyboard: arrows move, up rotates, space drops, P pauses.
Playing with friends
- Sign in and start a group. You get a short game code.
- Share the code or the invite link with your friends.
- Friends open it on their own phones and tap Ready.
- The host presses Play and everyone starts together.

Questions
- How many people can play Pill Panic together?
- A group is you plus your friends, each on their own device, plus up to three bots if you want them. Everyone plays the same round at the same time and sees each other’s bottles along the top.
- Can I play Pill Panic by myself?
- Yes. Start a group on your own and press Play, or add bots for company. Your best score is saved on your device.
- What sends junk to other players?
- Clearing two or more lines with a single capsule. The bigger the combo, the more junk lands in every other bottle.
- Do I need to download anything?
- No. Every game runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Open joinme.games, sign in, and play. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
- How do my friends join?
- Start a group and you get a short game code. Share the code or the invite link. Friends open it on their own phones, tap Ready, and the host starts the round for everyone.
- Does it work on iPhone and Android?
- Yes. Any modern phone browser works, and the same game runs on a laptop or a tablet. Everyone in a group can be on different devices.
- Is it free?
- The games on this page are free to play. A membership removes ads, gives you your own custom room code, and opens the member-only games for you and everyone you host.
