About Pill Panic
Pill Panic is a fast pill-dropping puzzle game you play against your friends, each on your own phone. Every player gets a bottle full of colored viruses. Two-tone capsules fall from the top, and you steer and spin them into place.
Line up four of one color, across or down, and they vanish. Viruses count. Clear two or more lines with one drop and junk lands in everyone else’s bottle, so a good combo is also an attack.
The first player to empty their bottle of viruses wins. Fill your own bottle to the top and you are out, and the last bottle still standing wins that way too. Play solo to clear your bottle and beat your best score, add bots to the lobby, or race a whole room of friends.
How to play
- Line up four of a color, across or down, to clear them. Viruses count.
- Clear every virus in your bottle to win. Loose halves fall and can chain.
- Clear two or more lines in one drop to send junk into everyone else’s bottle.
- If a capsule cannot fit, your bottle is full. Last one standing also wins.
Controls
- Drag left or right anywhere on the board: the piece follows your finger.
- Tap the piece to spin it.
- Tap any other column and the piece jumps there.
- Drag down to bring it down; flick down to drop it straight in.
- A piece that lands waits a moment before it locks, so you can still slide or spin it.
- Keyboard: arrows move, up rotates, space drops, P pauses.
Playing with friends
- Press Play and you are in as a guest, with a short game code for your group.
- Share the code or the invite link with your friends.
- Friends open it on their own phones and they are in.
- The host presses Play and everyone starts together.

Questions
- How many people can play Pill Panic together?
- A room is you plus your friends, each on their own device, plus up to three bots if you want them. Everyone plays the same round at the same time and sees each other’s bottles along the top.
- Can I play Pill Panic by myself?
- Yes. Host a room on your own and press Play, or add bots for company. Your best score is saved on your device.
- What sends junk to other players?
- Clearing two or more lines with a single capsule. The bigger the combo, the more junk lands in every other bottle.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Press Play and you are in as a guest, with a name picked for you. A guest lasts 24 hours. Sign in with Google or Apple to pick your own name and color and keep them on every device, or to take out a Party Pass. Your real name is never shown.
- Do I need to download anything?
- No. Every game runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Open joinme.games and play. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
- How do my friends join?
- Host a room and you get a short game code. Share the code or the invite link. Friends open it on their own phones and they are in the room straight away — nothing to press. The host starts the round for everyone.
- Does it work on iPhone and Android?
- Yes. Any modern phone browser works, and the same game runs on a laptop or a tablet. Everyone in a group can be on different devices.
- Is it free?
- The games on this page are free to play. A Party Pass removes ads for you and everyone you host, and gives you a custom room code and a name of your own.
