Terms of service

The deal between you and Join Me Games. Last updated 8 October 2026.

The short version

The games are free to play. Be decent to the people in your group. A Party Pass renews until you cancel it, and you can cancel any time. We keep the site up as well as one person can, and we are not liable if a round drops. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What the site is

Join Me Games is a set of games you play with friends in a web browser, each on your own phone, owned and run by Be Apped. Some games also play solo or with bots. New games arrive marked Beta while they settle, and a game may change, pause or be withdrawn.

Accounts and guests

You play as a guest with no account unless you sign in with Google or Apple, which keeps your name and color between devices. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Guest accounts are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Groups and hosts

A group is whoever holds its code. The host starts each round and can remove anyone from the group. A removed player may be able to come back with the code, so if someone keeps abusing a room, its Party Pass holder should change the room’s PIN. Pick a name that would not embarrass you in front of your own friends, and do not use the site to harass anyone. We may remove an account that does.

Party Passes

A Party Pass is a subscription billed by RevenueCat, with Stripe taking payment on the web. It renews at the interval you chose, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Manage subscription link on the Party Pass page; your perks last to the end of the period you have paid for. A Party Pass gives you a custom room code of your own and turns ads off for you and for everyone in a room you host. Prices are shown on the Party Pass page before you buy.

A reserved code is yours while your Party Pass is active, plus a short grace period, after which it can be reserved by someone else. You can change it once a month; a code you release is held for you for a week before anyone else can take it. Keep your PIN to yourself: anyone who has it can join your room.

Advertising

Free play is paid for by ads from Google AdSense. Ads may appear in various places on the site, including around a round and on the TV page, in ways that do not stop you playing the games; an ad between rounds can be skipped after a moment. Ads are not shown to Party Pass holders, or to anyone in a room they host. How ads use data is covered in the privacy policy.

Your content and ours

The names and clues you type in a game are yours. Drawings made in the drawing games may be kept, and may be reviewed for violations of these terms and against our family-safety standards. The games, their artwork, their code and the Join Me Games name are ours; please do not copy them or run them elsewhere. Some games follow well-known rules that belong to nobody; their names and art are our own.

What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. Games run directly between players’ devices, so a poor connection on one phone can drop a round for that player, and a game in Beta may have rough edges. We do our best to keep everything up and fair, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Where the law does not allow a limitation, it does not apply.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Questions go to support@joinme.games or the contact page.
